We now have a Risk Assessment framework and can start running in groups of more than 6!
For any club event there needs to be a coordinating Covid 19 Officer
(for our next two Hashes, Sunday Nov 1st & Dc 13th, this will be Potty).
-YOU WILL NEED TO LET POTTY KNOW IN ADVANCE IF YOU ARE ATTENDING EITHER EVENT
-YOU WILL ALSO HAVE TO HAVE READ & UNDERSTOOD BOTH THE Risk Assessment & Runner Guidance (below)
We are also encouraging attendees to us the NHS Covid Track & Trace App. The ‘club event QR code’ will be made available at the start of each club event and should anyone subsequently fall ill, the NHS app will be an additional means of ensuring a level of tracking & tracing those who may also have been exposed.
These (somewhat draconian) measures are sadly necessary, to enable us to run in larger groups, should you wish to take part. Some club members have stated that they will refrain from attending (or racing) until the situation eases. This is entirely your perogative. These mesaures will however enable those that want to, to run as a (slightly larger) club, to do so.
